Abstract

With declining response rates and heavier dependency on online research, more companies are having to deal with the issue of duplicate respondents, within an individual panel, as well as when combining multiple panels. This panel discussion will provide a general overview of some of the effective methods that can be employed to identify duplicates respondents in a managed database, when combing multiple databases and within survey data. Attendees will gain a general overview of a variety of tools and applications available to streamline the process of identifying duplicate data and begin to understand effective ways to identify duplicates across multiple sample sources using survey tools. By the end of this learning session, attendees will be able to understand different methods to effectively identify duplicate respondents within a database.
